


Customized Workout Programming
This includes a completely customized 12-week program unique to your fitness level and goals. It is a hands-on approach built around your equipment availability and physique goals. We offer many styles of workouts and strength training, but do not offer any Crossfit-style or Olympic lifting at this time. These are hand-tailored workouts intended for 12 weeks of use; this is not rotating or changing weekly workouts. The final two weeks will be a guided change in rep structures to finalize the 12-week split.
The first four weeks of this program will include video form-checks, workout analysis, coach communication, optional once-weekly formal check-ins, and adjustments to workouts if needed.
After your program completion, you can continue your app subscription at $10 per month or you can renew for a new 12-week workout split.
After your order is processed, you will receive an invite in your e-mail to download our app within 1 business day. Your coach will be in contact for follow-up information. Please allow up to 10 days for your plan to be completed after processing, as we build everything from scratch. Your start date does not begin until your workouts are created.
