Do I have to be local to be a client?
Our custom workout and nutrition programming is online and available internationally via our app or client portal. We service clients worldwide.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We accept multiple payment options through our secure payment feature including most major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and CashApp. We now proudly offer payment plans via AfterPay.
How do I pick a coach?
Client comfort and communication are vital for success. We urge you to schedule a consultation call to discuss your specific goals, and we can make a recommendation from there. Your comfort is the most important thing!
Are there minimum contracts or autodraft requirements?
We have no required contracts, and we do not require auto draft for billing. Some programming is month-to-month, but we do offer discounted 3-month and 6-month packages.
I’m an online coach, is that a problem?
We coach many other coaches and trainers! However, we are not currently accepting nutrition coaches if they are local to one of our team members due to the potential conflict of interest. We do offer apprenticeships for local and remote coaching, you can find hiring information on our Contact page.
Do I have to be a bodybuilder or athlete?
We work with a wide array of clients, including those have limited mobility or do not train at all. All levels are welcome, even if you are brand new to the gym, nutrition, or just getting your feet wet to improve your health.
What if I’ve never worked out?
We welcome ALL levels! Our programs are built based on your current ability- but if you are a beginner, please plan for additional communication and form check videos to ensure your safety and progress.
Do you sell ready-made programs?
We do not currently sell any ready-made programs, challenges, or templates. Our programs are all custom-built for our clients based on their history, goals, and movement/time/dietary restrictions. Pre-made workouts will soon be available on the M&M Training app.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. If you find you do not mesh with your coach, please contact our Team Manager at JamieB@mandmtrainingandnutrition.com and we will switch to an alternate coach that better suits your preferences.
