Each workout program is custom built for your current fitness level and we provide form-critiques via video submission. We offer comprehensive and detailed workout splits, routines, and rep structures with any applicable cardio. Plans are based around clients’ current physiques and goals. We accept clients looking for fat loss, toning/muscle development, postpartum, competition or general health and wellness. We do not offer crossfit/ Olympic lifting.
Pricing:
Custom workout programming: $100 (12 week access)
3 month programming: $280 (our best option for beginners with evolving workouts or Powerbuilding splits)

Health/HRT Consultation
Focused on bloodwork review, hormone optimization education, supplementation, and overall performance-focused wellness strategy. Ideal for individuals wanting a deeper discussion around current or prior lifestyle, lab markers, and risk mitigation.
Coaching/PED Consultation
Includes an 8-12 week actionable coaching plan with nutrition, macros, workouts, and PED protocols (if applicable to you.) Please note this is a one-time plan and does not include adjustments or check-ins. Bloodwork should be performed in advance. You can purchase labs directly here at M&M Labs.
Follow-Up Consultation
You must have completed a full one-hour consultation prior to booking this service. This is a follow-up consultation with Coach Dj. If applicable, follow-up labs can be purchased at M&M Labs.

This designed for established coaches wanting to expand their services through education and experience. We begin with your initial program setup, software selection or organization management. We move into baseline nutrition assessments, workout designs, tools for bloodwork analysis, and social media strategy. The cost for 2 months is $1250, with AfterPay as an available payment option. Our program has been built from the ground-up based on our own fitness journey. Our evidence-supported and science-based methods are tried and true. No gimmicks- you get exactly what you put in. Coach Dj works largely in hormone management with both enhanced and natural clients.
We offer highly-customized support for our clients, ranging from form assistance, grocery shopping, nutrition label interpretation, and motivation. We welcome frequent communication in addition to our weekly check-ins. Whether you're a current athlete looking to pinpoint nutrition/supplements for a next-level physique, or you're looking for a total body recomp with fat loss and muscle gain- we’ve got you.

I’m Coach Lexi, but most people know me as Rexi! I work with athletes and lifestyle clients who want to feel strong, balanced, and confident—in and out of the gym.
After years of battling hormone imbalances and chasing the idea of being “small,” I discovered my true love for strength training and the empowerment that comes with it. Through that journey, I became passionate about helping others find their own version of strength—physically, mentally, and hormonally. My mission is to guide each client toward balance: fueling their body, building resilience, and creating a sustainable lifestyle that supports their goals long-term.
Whether you’re training for a competition (from strength to endurance) or simply wanting to feel better in your own skin (visually and mentally), I’m here to help you find what works for you. My coaching method focuses on the harmony between strength, nutrition, and everyday life—because true progress comes when all three align.
When I’m not coaching or lifting, you’ll usually find me outdoors hiking, shooting, or riding my mule, Moscow. I love spending time with my husband Isaac and our pets, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book during those long North Dakota winters.
